Returns and Refunds
Return Period:
- Returns for a refund must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items:
- The device must be returned in an as-new condition.
- The original box and all included accessories must be returned.
- There must be no damage or tape on the box.
Return Postage Refunds:
- Return postage refunds are only provided for items that have been tested by us and confirmed to be faulty.
- A photo of the postage receipt must be provided when the device is returned for the return postage refund to be processed.
Reporting Damaged Goods:
- Any damaged goods received by the buyer must be reported to the seller within 2 days of receiving them.
Inspection and Refund Conditions:
- We are happy for you to unpack your order to inspect it properly before making a decision, but any damage or any signs of use and/or opening impacts our ability to resell products if they are returned.
- If we deem at our discretion that the value of the product has been reduced by your use, we may refuse a refund or only make a partial refund for the reduction in value.
- Where you have not used the product and it is returned in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund.
- Your refund will be made within 5 working days of our receipt of your return.
Warranty
Warranty Period:
- Products purchased are covered by a 6-month warranty.

What is Covered:

What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorised repairs.
- Physical damage, including cracks, dents, or scratches caused by accidental or intentional actions.
- Liquid damage or damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (heat, moisture, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear, including degradation of batteries or cosmetic components.
- Software-related issues or compatibility problems with third-party equipment.
Replacements Under Warranty:
- If a device is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period remains in effect and does not restart after the replacement is sent.
- If the device sent back under warranty is no longer in stock, a suitable replacement will be provided, no refund will be given.
Warranty Returns:
- Returned items should be sent via a recorded delivery method to ensure all parcels reach us. Lack of postage proof can affect your replacement or refund claim adversely.
- Once the damaged goods are received by a member of staff, they will be evaluated. If a fault is found, a refund or replacement will be issued.
- If no fault is found by our technical support team, the item(s) will be held at our office while efforts are made to contact you regarding a return shipping payment for the said product(s).
- Once the relevant return shipping payment has been received by us, the said product(s) will be shipped back to the address specified for the return.
