Return Policy

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item. If for any reason at all you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange. If you want more information on how you can return an item send us an message on the contact us page with your details and we will give you the return address and return form.

To return an item

• The item needs to be returned as new with all accessories included
• The box, instructions and all packaging needs to be included
• Please do not put tape on the box as it damages the box
• Item needs to be returned within 14 days of receiving it

Who pays the cost of return?

In the case of a cancellation, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

Faulty Items or Technical Help Needed

If the item you have received has developed a fault or you just need technical support, send us a message on the contact us page with details of the problem and we will do out best to help you, if we are unable to help solve the problem we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
